About me

For over 15 years I've been in the Health & Wellness industry. In 2016, I started my own company, Train2live, LLC. With care, compassion & commitment, I help my clients manage emotions, improve relationship skills and reduce stress & anxiety.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, a minor in Psychology from The Ohio State University and I'm a certified Emotional & Mental Wellness Coach. I live in Westport, CT with my husband and we have four children.  
 

What is the difference between an Emotional & Mental Wellness Coach and a Therapist?

An Emotional & Mental Wellness Coach is different from a therapist in a few ways. A therapist is trained in clinical mental health and is able to diagnose mental health issues.  An Emotional & Mental Wellness Coach is focused on providing guidance and support in helping individuals reach their wellness goals. A Coach is NOT qualified to diagnose or treat mental health disorders or illnesses, but offers strategies and tools to help individuals move forward in their journey to improved mental wellbeing. A Coach is more like a personal trainer for your mind and provides a more holistic approach to mental wellness.
